Reelcare Stainless Steel Air or Water Hose Reels

Reelcare Stainless Steel Air or Water Hose Reels are highly resistant to chemicals and salt water corrosion. They are popular in the Food and Pharmaceutical industries and are extremely hygienic. Our Stainless Steel Air and Water Hose reels are supplied with hose bumper stoppers and four way nylon rollers. This ranges comes with a 12 or 19mm inside diameter hose and a range of hose lengths from 10, 15, 18, 20, 25 and 30 meters. The hose is advised to work with 20 bar pressure max and a temperature of 65°C Maximum. The inlet and outlet for the Reel is M1/2” both ends on the 12mm inside diameter hoses and F1” - M1” on the 19 mm hoses . The Hose ends consist of 1/2” BSP Female & 1/2” BSPT Male on the 12mm hoses and 1” BSP Female & 3/4” BSP Female on the 19 mm. The ends of the hose are brass along with the swivelling joint of 90°. Stainless fittings are available upon request. The hose colour is black and the material of seal are Viton.
